Summer Jam 2022 presented by MyHipHopFit brings a dance icon to the Space Coast, Teresa Espinoza. This one day pivotal experience is geared to empower you to reach that next level in ANY aspect of your life! JeannieFit will also share her renewed fitness program and you will learn not only through movement but also through leaders of their industry!  You won't have to travel far to learn from Teresa and JeannieFit as we have a virtual option too! Summer Jam 2022 will be an all day growth experience unless you decide to do the VIP which is two days!

In this sit down session Teresa will provide powerful insight on how she manifested her career dream as a Janet Jackson dancer/ choreographer and how you can manifest ANY of your dreams too. Walk away from this session empowered to created the life of your dreams!  

• MyHipHopFit Signature Cardio Class

An explosive workout of high energy cardio, core and choreography dancing to the hottest music burning serious calories with JeannieFit, creator of MyHipHopFit, and JF Instructors. Be ready to burn some serious calories!
