THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT THAT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF MH2F. THIS ARE EXISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO WHICH YOU ARE BOUND. MH2F ONDEMAND IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, SAFE, EFFECTIVE AND FUN  MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUTS FOR ABLE-BODIED USERS. IT'S PURPOSE IS TO TRANSMIT HIP HOP FITNESS EDUCATION THROUGH MOVEMENT!

Welcome to MyhiphopFit! Before you begin using you must read and agree to the conditions set out below.

Your Acceptance

1. You agree to use MH2F  safely and at your own risk.

2. You agree to consult with a physician and be cleared for physical activity prior to using MH2F.

3. You agree that MH2F is not professional medical advice, and is strictly provided for your private use.

4. You acknowledge that physical exercise has inherent risk of injury or even death. You agree to use appropriate caution when using MH2F.

5. You agree to hold MH2F, its employees, owners, members, directors, affiliates, partners, and all other agents free from any and all liability for injuries, damages, and accidents that may occur while using MH2F, and you covenant not to sue the foregoing persons or entities for any reason relating to MH2F. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

6. If you notice any signs of health problems during or after using MH2F, or at any time while exercising, you agree to report these signs and symptoms to your doctor immediately.

7. You agree that you are eighteen years old or older.

8. You agree that ultimately it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are healthy enough to participate in audio coaching, and if you do participate in MH2F,  JeannieFIt will not accept liability for any injury, discomfort, and complications, suffered during or in relation to MH2F.
